What happened
The ticketing system rolled back to 1900 at the door and registered every guest as a century younger. Attendance was therefore recorded as 1,900. Otherwise nothing happened, which the committee credits to its preparation, namely a sign that said 'Please don't'. Kurt Vonnegut signed the sign, and it is now the most valuable object in the archive.
